Kudos to iHEARTMEDIA Country WSSL/GREENVILLE, SC, which raised over $3,000 for ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL this WEEK. The station held its annual "PICKIN' IN THE PARK" at BARNET PARK in SPARTANBURG, SC's outdoor amphitheater with a guitar pull featuring JOSH TURNER, EASTON CORBIN, LAUREN ALAINA, and MIDLAND. "Our crowd grew to over 7,000! All in all, a GREAT show for ST. JUDE, Country music, and our listeners," WSSL MD/afternoon host AARON MICHAEL told ALL ACCESS. "All of the artists were AMAZING and took time to meet and sign autographs for listeners before and after the show. We held a silent auction for autographed guitars and posters. [We are] still waiting on an official number, but just over $3,000 was raised for ST. JUDE. There's no doubt that the Upstate of SOUTH CAROLINA is #iHEARTCOUNTRY!"
