CENTRO CRISTIANO VIDA ABUNDANTE, INC. is selling Spanish Religion KLHC-A (LA REDENCION)/BAKERSFIELD, CA to PUNJABI AMERICAN MEDIA, LLC for $300,000.

BOWEN BROADCASTING is selling the construction permit for KPDJ/CALHOUN, LA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $110,000.

NEW WAVO COMMUNICATION GROUP, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM in CUNEY, TX to NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, L.P. for $42,800.

CHARLES D. MARSH is selling his 40% interest in ICON BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Country WQDK (99.3 THE BULL)/GATESVILLE, NC, to partners MARK TARTE and DON WENDELKEN for $10,000.  TARTE will get 5 shares and WENDELKEN 3 shares to give each 50% of the company.  MARSH is also selling his 33.3% share of CDM BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Country WZVA (103.5 THE BULL) and Classic Rock WOLD-F//MARION, VA, to TARTE and WENDELKEN as part of the same deal, giving each of the buyers 50% of that company as well.

Requesting Silent STAs were VALLEY BROADCASTING AND COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for WLSD-A and W233AA/BIG STONE GAP, VA (lightning strike) and CSN INTERNATIONAL for K225BP/DES MOINES (storm damage to K209EN/DES MOINES, the station feeding programming to K225BP).

And SPECTRUM RADIO FAIRMONT, LLC has closed on the sale of Classic Rock WRLF (94 ROCK),  News-Talk WTCS-A, and News-Talk WMMN-A//FAIRMONT, WV and Hot AC WZST (VARIETY 101)/WESTOVER, WV to LAUREL HIGHLAND TOTAL COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

In CANADA, the CRTC has granted MY BROADCASTING CORP.'s application for a new Classic Hits FM in SIMCOE, ON.  The new station will broadcast with 18,000 watts ERP at 26 meters effective height on 99.7 FM.  The company also operates another SIMCOE station, AC CHCD (myFM).

The CRTC also denied an application by BHUPINDER BOLA to add a new allocation to AURORA, ON and applications by PRIYA DATTA and ANTOINE KARAM for an additional allocation at BRAMPTON, ON.

And the FCC issued Notice of Unlicensed Operations to MARTIN SANCHEZ (99.9 FM, "LA PODEROSA" in PASSAIC, NJ), MARIA SANTIAGO (95.3 FM in NEW YORK), and DEXTER BLAKE (104.5 FM in BRONX, NY, the same pirate station that drew a previous notice for GEORGE BROWN of the 53 SEA LOUNGE BAR & RESTAURANT in MOUNT VERNON; the new notice says that BLAKE was named by the owner of the property as the operator of the station).
