ALL ACCESS has learned that TOWNSQUARE MEDIA Urban WBLK (93.7)/BUFFALO has tapped JAY HICKS for Brand Manager duties.
Most recently he was PD at URBAN ONE Urban WGPR (107.5)/DETROIT (NET NEWS 1/6).
He replaces CHRIS REYNOLDS (NET NEWS 3/2).
