Rooster Teeth Unveils Podcast Network 'The Roost'

DIGIDAY reports that AUSTIN-based digital video studio ROOSTER TEETH is launching its own podcast network, "THE ROOST."  The network will offer creators not only ad sales representation but also merchandising, live event, and licensing opportunities.

The company aims at inking 30-50 creators for the network and has signed the comedy production companies H3H3 and JASH.  Contracts will allow for both exclusive and non-exclusive arrangements, with ROOSTER TEETH only taking a cut of revenue it generates for the shows.
