There's not much doing TUESDAY (6/20) in the FCC database, with no new deals filed.
In what's been filed so far, HOUSTON CHRISTIAN BROADCASTERS, INC. has applied for an Engineering STA for Religion KHML/MADISONVILLE. TX to operate at reduced power (5 kw rather than 96 kw) due to a building fire and for Religion KHHS/PEARCY, AR to do the same (1.5kw rather than 4.1 kw) due to transmitter repairs.
UNIVERSAL BROADCASTING NETWORK LLC has requested an STA to operate WWWK/ISLAMORADA, FL with a temporary antenna at reduced power of 930 watts nondirectional to resume operation.
And COMMUNITY RADIO COLLECTIVE, INC. has closed on the sale of W289AU/SCRANTON, PA (now in AMHERST, NY) to VISIONS MULTI MEDIA GROUP - WUFO RADIO LLC for $40,000. The buyer will rebroadcast Gospel WUFO-A (MIX 1080 AM)/AMHERST, NY on the translator.
The Commission also cancelled BIBLE BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC.'s license for W244CV/MARATHON, FL and CARBONDALE COMMUNITY ACCESS RADIO, INC. for booster KDNK-FM1/WEST GLENWOOD SPRINGS, CO, a booster for noncommercial Variety KDNK/GLENWOOD SPRINGS, CO, at the licensees' request.
