Late WOND-A/Atlantic City Host Pinky Kravitz Honored With Plaque On Boardwalk

The late longtime WOND-A/ATLANTIC CITY personality PINKY KRAVITZ has been honored with a plaque on ATLANTIC CITY's Boardwalk, reports THE PRESS OF ATLANTIC CITY.  The plaque was unveiled MONDAY (6/19) on the stage of KENNEDY PLAZA, the performance venue championed by KRAVITZ.

KRAVITZ hosted "PINKY'S CORNER" on WOND from 1958 until 2015, never taking a sick day until his final year, when he underwent heart surgery and later passed away on OCTOBER 31, 2015 at 88.  WOND replayed the final "PINKY'S CORNER" MONDAY afternoon in tribute to KRAVITZ.
