Former U.S. Attorney For New York Preet Bharara To Host Podcast

PREET BHARARA, the former UNITED STATES Attorney for the Southern District of NEW YORK who was fired by President TRUMP in MARCH, will host a podcast as he joins his brother VINIT BHARARA's media firm SOME SPIDER STUDIOS, reports the NEW YORK TIMES.

PREET BHARARA will be EVP at SOME SPIDER and will host a podcast, "STAY TUNED WITH PREET," discussing legal issues; he will also write for SOME SPIDER's CAFE website and will work on the company's upcoming CAFE CON conference.  He previously joined the faculty at the NYU SCHOOL OF LAW as a distinguished scholar in residence.

BHARARA was fired by TRUMP after refusing the order of Attorney General JEFF SESSIONS to resign along with 45 other U.S. attorneys appointed by the OBAMA administration; BHARARA had previously been asked by TRUMP to stay aboard.
