One more piece of the AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA-UNIVISION ALBUQUERQUE deal has shown up in the FCC database, the sale of Top 40 KDLW (Z106.3)/LOS LUNAS by AGM NEVADA to BB BROADCASTING LLC, and the contract filed therewith shows that BB is paying $750,000 for the station, plus a time brokerage agreement before closing, a back-office services agreement, and $66,000 license fee for equipment at AGM's transmitter building for five years and rent, payable at zero for the first six months, $1,000 for each of the next six months, and $1,250 per month thereafter until the $66,000 is paid off. The license agreement can be renewed at the licensee's option for three additional five year terms at 2 1/2% increases every five years.
