FOSTER COMMUNICATIONS Top 40 KIXY/SAN ANGELO, TX PD SCOTT ADAMS has left the station after two-and-a-half years.  

"I want to thank VP/GM RICK MANTOOTH and Pres. FRED KEY for being the most amazing people," ADAMS said. "They believe in the power of local radio and their passion for the biz is unreal. I'm incredibly appreciative both for their support and the chance to hang my name on the legacy of this legendary station. In the past two-and-a-half years, we stopped the bleeding, increased ratings by over 30% to put KIXY back on top where it belongs. I couldn't be prouder of the effort put in by everyone to make that happen."
