iHeartMedia Extends SVP/Corporate Finance Steven J. Macri's Contract

iHEARTMEDIA has extended the contract of SVP/Corporate Finance STEVEN J. MACRI.

Under the extension granted on MONDAY (7/3), MACRI's contract, originally scheduled to expire on OCTOBER 6th, 2017, was extended through JUNE 30th, 2018 with automatic extensions year-to-year unless either party serves written notice of non-renewal or the deal is otherwise terminated.  Severance terms remain the same if MACRI decides not to renew past the 2018 termination date: his current base salary of $700,000 plus his $700,000 target bonus amount for 2018 and a pro-rata portion of his 2018 annual bonus.
