  Following YESTERDAY's (7/5) news of JOHN RICHARDS' departure (NET NEWS 7/5), INGSTAD RADIO/YAKIMA, WA has named BRIAN STEPHENSON as OM for the cluster and PD/morning host for Country KXDD. STEPHENSON will join KXDD MD/morning co-host CAREY JACOBSON for "CAREY J. & BRIAN IN THE MORNING" beginning MONDAY, JULY 10th.
  
  It is a return to the cluster for STEPHENSON, who previously spent five years handling PD/morning host duties for Classic Hits KARY before departing last APRIL. Congratulate STEPHENSON here.
