Pleading Cycle Established By FCC For Sinclair-Tribune Deal

The FCC has established a pleading cycle for the proposed SINCLAIR BROADCAST GROUP acquisition of TRIBUNE MEDIA COMPANY.

Petitions to Deny are due AUGUST 7th, while oppositions to those petitions are due AUGUST 22nd and reply comments are due AUGUST 29th.

In addition, the FCC has placed the proceeding under permit-but-disclose ex parte rules.  Summaries of ex parte communications with the Commission must be filed by the next business day.
