ARBITRON ups DOTTYE GOULD-SMITH to SVP/Respondent Acquisition & Compliance Operations. GOULD-SMITH, a 27-year vet at the company, was previously VP/Data Collection Operations. In her expanded role, she will now handle all respondent acquisition and compliance activities for ARBITRON’S PORTABLE PEOPLE METER (PPM) and traditional diary services.
