In other filings with the FCC, WINDY CITY BROADCASTING, LLC is selling K244EX/LAS VEGAS, NV to FARMWORKER EDUCATIONAL RADIO NETWORK, INC. for $400,000.  The translator will rebroadcast KWNR-HD3/HENDERSON-LAS VEGAS.

HOCHMAN-MCCANN HAWAII, INC. has filed for an STA to operate Tagalog Hits KPHI-A (TODAY'S FILIPINO MIX)/HONOLULU with reduced power of 550 watts due to transmitter problems.

FLINN BROADCASTING CORPORATION has applied for an STA to operate Sports WHBQ-A (SPORTS 56)/MEMPHIS with its nighttime directional pattern during the day at 1,000 watts due to switching problems.

CONTINENTAL MEDIA GROUP, LLC has requested a Silent STA for WXMY-A/SALTVILLE, VA due to a disabled remote control unit.

Also, in a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, RED HILLS BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Top 40 WHTF (HOT 104.9)/HAVANA-TALLAHASSEE, FL; Country WWOF (103.1 THE WOLF) and Classic Rock-Triple A WQTL (106.1 THE SOUND)/TALLAHASSEE, FL; and Adult Hits WANK (99.9 HANK FM)/LAFAYETTE, FL to ADAMS RADIO OF TALLAHASSEE, LLC for an undisclosed price.  BILL FANNING of MVP CAPITAL, LLC served as broker for the transaction, which puts ADAMS into its fifth market, following LAS CRUCES, NM, FORT WAYNE, IN, NORTHWEST INDIANA, and SALISBURY-OCEAN CITY, MD.
