FCC's Station Totals For June Show Fewer AMs, More LPFMs

The FCC's Broadcast Station Totals as of JUNE 30th show twenty fewer licensed AM stations as compared to DECEMBER 31st's numbers (4,666 to 4,646) but one more commercial FMs (6,754 to 6,755).  Educational FMs dropped by 1 new station to 4,111.

The number of FM translators remained static at 7,453 while the number of low-power FMs increased by 42 from 1,924 to 1,966.
