INGROOVES MUSIC GROUP has appointed DAVID LESSOFF SVP/Business and Legal Affairs and DAVE ROBERGE as SVP of the company's label development team. Previously, LESSOFF was senior in-house counsel at CAPITOL RECORDS, NEW WEST RECORDS and RHINO ENTERTAINMENT. while ROBERGE most recently was VP/Sales & Industry Relations for music tech start-up FEATURE.FM
