JOSANTONIO MELLADO ROMERO, CARMEN MARIA GONZALEZ VEGA, LUIS ARTURO GUZMAN LLUBERES, and ANA MARIA VELEZ BORRAS are selling Oldies WOYE/RIO GRANDE, PR to JOSE JUAN ARZUAGA REYES for $2.89 million cash plus a time brokerage agreement before closing. The station is simulcasting the buyer's WIDI (MAGIC)/QUEBRADILLAS, PR.
