Downtown Music Publishing Ups Andrew Sparkler To SVP/Business Development

DOWNTOWN MUSIC PUBLISHING has promoted VP/Business Affairs and Operations ANDREW SPARKLER to SVP/Business Development. He will manage all catalog acquisitions and strategic business development opportunities across the company's global offices.
