Who's Buying WHAT?

The PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS is reporting that INNER CITY BROADCASTING is selling Talk WHAT-A/PHILADELPHIA, but hasn't disclosed the buyer yet. 

WHAT GM CHRIS SQUIRE told the DAILY NEWS' JONATHAN TAKIFF, "INNER CITY wasn't looking to get out, but out of the blue we were made one of those offers you can't refuse.... We're continuing to do business as usual, keeping the staff intact until we get orders from the new owners. They may keep everything the same or blow the world up."
