WDAY-A/Fargo Switches On FM Translator Simulcast

FORUM COMMUNICATIONS News-Talk WDAY-A/FARGO has switched on its FM translator simulcast on K261BA (100.1).

FORUM acquired K261BA, then in ROLLA, ND, from DOWN EAST COMMUNICATIONS, INC./CDC/CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS earlier this year for $30,000.

The station also announced that it will air CONCORDIA COLLEGE men's and women's football under a new three year deal.  WDAY has been airing COBBERS football; the new deal covers 10 football games, 20 men's basketball games, and 18 women's basketball games, plus a weekly coaches' show.  LARRY KNUTSON continues as play-by-play voice for his 36th season with the COBBERS.
