Two Florida Pirate FM Operators Fined $15,000 Each By FCC

The FCC has fined another pair of alleged pirate radio operators in FLORIDA.

WILNER LUNDI has been hit with a $15,000 fine for operating an unlicensed FM on 91.5 FM and 104.7 FM in LAKE WORTH, FL; the Commission says that LUNDI never responded to its Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture issued last SEPTEMBER 1st.

And WILNORD SIMON has been fined $15,000 for operating an unlicensed FM on 103.1 in NORTH MIAMI, FL; SIMON was also warned with a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture issued last AUGUST 17th, to which, the Commission says, he did not respond.
