HOLLADAY's NEW SOUTH RADIO, INC. for $600,000.  With the purchase, NEW SOUTH ceases its time brokerage agreement under which it programs FLINN BROADCASTING CORP. Classic Country WJXN-F (100.9 THE LEGEND)/UTICA, MS-JACKSON.  GREG GUY and JASON HAMES of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as brokers for the seller.

And WITHERS BROADCASTING COMPANY OF ROCK RIVER, LLC has closed on the sale of News-Talk WSDR-A and AC WSSQ (Q94)/STERLING, IL and Classic Rock WZZT/MORRISON, IL to VIRDEN BROADCASTING CORP. for $400,000.  PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS was the broker on the deal.
