SiriusXM Makes Add-On Offering to Senior Notes

SIRIUSXM subsidiary SIRIUS XM RADIO INC. is offering an additional $250 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.875% Senior Notes due 2022 and an additional $250 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% Senior Notes due 2027 to institutional buyers as an add-on to the existing series of those notes currently outstanding.  

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem all of SIRIUSXM's outstanding 5.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 and to repay some of its outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
