Having closed on the purchase of W289AU/SCRANTON, PA from COMMUNITY RADIO COLLECTIVE, INC. for $40,000, SHEILA BROWN's VISIONS MULTI MEDIA GROUP has moved the translator to BUFFALO and signed it on at noon WEDNESDAY (8/2) as an FM simulcast of Gospel WUFO-A (MIX 1080 AM)/AMHERST-BUFFALO at 96.5 FM. 

The station has repositioned as Urban AC "POWER 96.5: A BLEND OF R&B AND YOUR FAVORITE THROWBACKS."
