WHITE EAGLE BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Oldies KQEG (EAGLE 102.7)/LA CRESCENT, MN, and MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BROADCASTERS, LLC, licensee of News-Talk WLFN-A, AC WLXR-F (MAGIC 105), and Country WQCC (KICKS 106.3)/LA CROSSE, WI and Classic Rock WKBH-F (CLASSIC ROCK 100.1)/WEST SALEM, WI, have filed for Debtor-in-Possession status following their Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.

In other filings with the FCC, TIDEWATER COMMUNICATIONS, LLC has applied for an STA to operate News-Talk WSVA-A/HARRISONBURG, VA with normal power of 5 kw days and reduced power of 250 watts nights nondirectional from one of its nighttime directional array towers and Sports WHBG-A (ESPN RADIO 1360AM AND 101.3 FM)/HARRISONBURG with reduced power of 500 watts days and 9 watts nights nondirectional from the same tower while it replaces the towers.

BIBLE BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. has filed form an STA to operate Religion KYFJ/NEW IBERIA, LA with reduced power of 70,000 watts due to lightning damage.

WQTM, INC. has requested a Silent STA for Sports WQTM-A (SPORTSTALK 1480)/FAIR BLUFF, NC due to transmitter repair.

Having just acquired WCHB-A/DETROIT from URBAN ONE, CRAWFORD BROADCASTING's WMUZ RADIO, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for the station "pending a period of configuring studio equipment, purchasing and installing various new equipment at the station transmitter site, and preparing for a station format change."

PENFOLD COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has filed for extensions of its Silent STAs for KMWC/BETHANY, MO and KYJC/COMMERCE, TX after losing its tower sites.

ULTIMATE CAPS, INC. has requested an STA to operate News-Talk KYDT/PINE HAVEN, WY at reduced power due to damage from a lightning strike.

SCRIPPS BROADCASTING HOLDINGS LLC has applied for an STA to operate Regional Mexican KYQQ (RADIO LOBO 106.5)/ARKANSAS CITY-WICHITA, KS at half-power due to antenna damage.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has filed for an STA to operate KFRI/WEST ODESSA, TX at reduced power with a temporary antenna due to transmitter damage and the need to replace the entire antenna system.

HB RADIO, LLC has closed on the sale of AC WFYE (Y-100)/GLADE SPRING, VA to AWAKEN FM, INC. for $275,000.

LIFE CHALLENGE INTERNATIONAL has closed on the donation of K201HW/EL PASO, TX to ONE MINISTRIES, INC.

SOUTHERN GOSPETALITY, LLC has closed on the sale of Southern Gospel KMHM/LUTESVILLE, MO to PURE WORD BROADCASTING, LLC for $200,000.

WRVM, INC. has closed on the sale of W267BB/WAUSAU, WI to STATE OF WISCONSIN - EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS BOARD for $46,000.  The translator will rebroadcast WHRM-HD3/WAUSAU, which airs WISCONSIN PUBLIC RADIO's IDEAS NETWORK programming.

GEORGIA EAGLE MEDIA, INC. has closed on the sale of Adult Standards WCEH-A/HAWKINSVILLE, GA; Adult Standards WCEH-F/PINEHURST, GA; Hot AC WDXQ-A and W244CL (96Q)/COCHRAN, GA; and Country WWKM/ROCHELLE, GA to CENTRAL GEORGIA RADIO LLC for $150,000.

And NORTHERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY has closed on the sale of Triple A WNKE/NEW BOSTON, OH to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $700,000 plus 75% of the net proceeds from EMF's sale of Contemporary Christian WEKV (K-LOVE)/SOUTH WEBSTER, OH.

Also, the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA has turned in its license for KDFH/BIG SUR, CA.  USC was gifted the station in a donation from MOUNT WILSON FM BROADCASTERS, INC. in 2016.
