SHERMAN KIZART, Managing Dir./Founder of KIZART MEDIA PARTNERS, Inc. (KMP), has been appointed to the FCC’s Advisory Committee on Diversity and Digital Empowerment (ACDDE). He will begin serving a 2-year term effective immediately.
KIZART told ALL ACCESS, “The FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION touches every aspect of our lives from our mobile phones to broadcast radio and television stations, and of course today's ever-expanding digital communications landscape. It's an honor and privilege to be selected. It's an awesome opportunity to serve our country and the industry that I love.”
Prior to founding KMP, he worked for INTEREP, Inc. as SVP/Dir. of Urban sales. KMP annually co-hosts the POWER OF URBAN RADIO FORUM in partnership with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BLACK OWNED BROADCASTERS (NABOB) in WASHINGTON, D.C.
