Entravision Won't Reissue Q3 Statement

Says Q3 Report Was Fine

ENTRAVISION COMMUNICATIONS CORP. announced that it completed an assessment of the accounting treatment of its radio assets in DALLAS and has concluded that there was no accounting error in the way it reported its income tax provision in its financial statements for the quarter ended JUNE 30, 2006.

The company had previously announced (NEW NEWS 11/2) in its third-quarter earnings press release that it was assessing whether there may have been an error in its income tax provision in connection with the disposition of its radio assets in DALLAS.
