Clint McElroy Retires From WTCR/Huntington, WV, But The Podcasting Rolls On

Longtime iHEARTMEDIA Country WTCR/HUNTINGTON, WV morning co-host CLINT McELROY is retiring after TODAY's show (8/11). McELROY has been co-hosting mornings at WTCR with JUDY EATON for 23 years (most recently joined by comic CLEDUS T. JUDD) and has been on the air in the market for 42 years overall, including stints as News Director at WKEE, VP/Operations at WRVC, and GM at WEMM, plus a stint as News and Sports Director at WWBA-A/TAMPA.

McELROY, a longtime comic book writer, will continue with the Dungeons and Dragons-themed podcast, "THE ADVENTURE ZONE," he hosts for the MAXIMUM FUN podcast network with his three sons, JUSTIN, TRAVIS, and GRIFFIN McELROY, the hosts of the popular podcast "MY BROTHER, MY BROTHER AND ME," and is co-writing a graphic novel based on the podcast.
