Longtime CHUM LTD. Alternative CIMX (89X)/DETROIT APD/afternooner VINCE CANNOVA has been upped to PD to replace MURRAY BROOKSHAW, who exited to become OM of NEWCAP/CALGARY (see NET NEWS 9/20).
