Wrongful Death Trial Of Casey Kasem To Stay In California

A judge has denied JEAN KASEM's motion to move the wrongful death trial of husband CASEY KASEM out of the state of the CLIFORNIA. In a FACEBOOK post, daughter KERRI KASEM, wrote:  

"VICTORY! After all of JEAN THOMPSON KASEM and LIBERTY KASEM's stall tactics for the last 2 years, the judge denied their petition to move the trial out of state! They'll face, in CALIFORNIA, a Wrongful Death trial regarding my Dad, CASEY KASEM's abuse and death. #Justice."

KASEM told ALL ACCESS, "The KASEM family is very happy that the judge clearly with the ruling and we can now move forward with the wrongful death suit against JEAN and LIBERTY KASEM."
