ETHER MINING CORP. is selling Regional Mexican KVSM-A (MARIA 1380)/SANTA MARIA, CA to CRISTIAN MARTINEZ for $300,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.  Also included in the deal is an arrangement by which a portion of the payments under the TBA will be credited against the purchase price, as well as an assignment of the FM translator use agreement for K271BV/ORCUTT, CA.

In other filings with the FCC, EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is selling W270CD/JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL to AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION for $1 under an option granted in the swap of several other stations in JANUARY 2016.  The translator rebroadcasts Religion WKTZ-A/JACKSONVILLE.

KAMIAK BUTTE TRANSLATOR ASSOCIATION is assigning K237CO/MOSCOW, ID to WALLA WALLA UNIVERSITY for no consideration.  The assignee plans to rebroadcast Religion KGTS (POSITIVE LIFE RADIO)/WALLA WALLA, WA on the translator.
