Commissioner Copps Adds To Staff

FCC Commissioner MICHAEL COPPS has named JOHN BRANSCOME to assist in handling spectrum and international issues. BRANSCOME currently serves as Chief of the Spectrum and Competition Policy Division of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.

COPPS also announced that BRUCE GOTTLIEB, who recently focused on spectrum and international issues, will temporarily assume primary responsibility for media-related issues. COPPS' Sr. Legal Advisor, JESSICA ROSENWORCEL, is on maternity leave.
