ABC Radio Offers Two Labor Day Weekend Specials

ABC RADIO has two three-hour LABOR DAY weekend specials for affiliates, both on the appropriate theme of working.

BRIAN KELLEY and TYLER HUBBARD of BMLG RECORDS' FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE are hosting "COUNTRY GOES TO WORK," a look at the jobs some of Country's top artists had before making it big in music, and some of the "second jobs" Country stars have today, whether owning bars and restaurants, hosting cooking shows, or selling clothing or wine. Among those featured on the show will be SAM HUNT, THOMAS RHETT, DIERKS BENTLEY, LUKE COMBS, ERIC CHURCH, LUKE BRYAN, BLAKE SHELTON, LITTLE BIG TOWN, LADY ANTEBELLUM, and others.

"AMERICA WORKS," anchored by ABC NEWS Correspondent AARON KATERSKY, looks at several issues involving American labor, including changes in the retail business as online shopping takes over, the "gig economy," how changing oil prices forced a "Teacher of the Year" to have to move from OKLAHOMA, and more.
