Report: ESPN Radio's Ryen Russillo Arrested On Criminal Entry Charge

ESPN RADIO host RYEN RUSSILLO was arrested TODAY (8/23) in JACKSON HOLE, WY on a charge of criminal entry, reports the JACKSON HOLE NEWS & GUIDE.

The paper reports that a probable cause affidavit stated that RUSSILLO was found naked in a stranger’s condo early this morning in an "obviously intoxicated" state, laying on a bed "naked except for his pants around his ankles.... and the only thing he said was that he was getting his stuff."  Police Lt. ROGER SCHULTZ told the paper that RUSSILLO had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech and "couldn’t coherently answer any questions"; asked to leave, RUSSILLO was "too intoxicated to follow through with the request," the officer added.

The charge is a misdemeanor that would command a maximum fine of $750.
