PODCASTONE is grouping its sports podcasts under a new collective banner, "PODCASTONE SPORTS," heralded by the launch of a weekly podcast hosted by UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN head football coach JIM HARBAUGH with visits from his illustrious football family.
Among the shows on the sports network are the new "ATTACK EACH DAY: THE HARBAUGH'S (sic) PODCAST," with the coach joined on a regular basis by his brother, BALTIMORE RAVENS head coach JOHN HARBAUGH, father JACK, and J.T. ROGAN, and the coach's Director of Communications & Operations J.T. ROGAN; the new show debuts SEPTEMBER 5th. Also launching shows for the network will be DICK ENBERG, RICH EISEN and his wife SUZY SCHUSTER, a re-pairing of NFL NETWORK's DAVE DAMESHEK with his old radio boss ADAM CAROLLA, LILIAN GARCIA, JAY MOHR, and others; existing shows including EISEN's "THE RICH EISEN SHOW," "THE DAN PATRICK SHOW," "STEVE AUSTIN UNLEASHED," ROSS TUCKER's football podcast, and "THE BIG PODCAST WITH SHAQ" will also be incorporated into the PODCASTONE SPORTS network.
“This new network demonstrates PODCASTONE’s interest in dramatically expanding our already successful portfolio of sports-related programming to build a singular hub for sports fans and brands,” said Executive Chairman NORM PATTIZ. “I can think of no better way to launch our new network than with Coach JIM HARBAUGH. JIM represents an established, well-respected voice in sports, and his vision for this show is certain to become a must-listen for sports fans everywhere.”
JIM HARBAUGH said, “I'm looking forward to joining my dad and my other family members for our weekly podcast on PODCASTONE. My family has always been a cornerstone of my life, and sharing in this podcast with them is something that is going to be great. A lot of people who I respect have been doing podcasts for years, and the ATTACK EACH DAY: THE HARBAUGH’S PODCAST should be a fun experience for our show's guests and for our listeners.”
