LOCAL MEDIA SAN DIEGO Alternative XETRA-F (91X)/SAN DIEGO will host its holiday concert "WREX THE HALLS" on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 9th, with THE LUMINEERS, VANCE JOY, DREAMCAR, THE WAR ON DRUGS, and ARKELLS at VALLEY VIEW CASINO CENTER.
