Congrats to RED BOW RECORDS' CHASE BRYANT, who proposed to girlfriend KOURTNEY KELLAR on MONDAY (9/11). BRYANT and KELLAR first met on the set of his music video for "Room To Breathe," where they shared their first kiss; BRYANT got down on one knee in that very spot.

KELLAR posted on INSTAGRAM, "He asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. I'm on cloud nine ... I love you always [and] forever, [CHASE]."
