SUMERIAN RECORDS has promoted MIKE JAKUBOW to VP, as CEO ASH AVILDSEN continues the expansion of the brand in to TV and Film.
"MICHAEL has shown incredible vision and leadership at the label as the head of radio, said AVILDSEN. "As we continue to grow the SUMERIAN brand in to a full entertainment and media company, a key part of the label’s growth not missing a beat is elevating talented personnel like MIKE. We have some high profile signings to announce in the coming months that could be our biggest plays to date at radio. To accompany that momentum, I’m excited to see MIKE shine in a more senior role at the company as it is a testament to his talent not only as a radio guy, but as a music executive.”
JAKUBOW said,"I want to thank ASH AVILDSEN and JEFF COHEN for this opportunity. So many things happening at SUMERIAN RECORDS right now and I'm energized by it all, especially the great talent I get to work with on a daily basis. I believe in these artists and enjoy bringing my best every single day, on their behalf. Excited about the expansion of the company, my role within it, and the work ahead."
