RADIO ONE Urban AC WRNB (100.3)/PHILADELPHIA welcomed home PM drive LADY B and air personality DJ TOUCHTONE.  Both were on vacation in SINT MAARTEN, the DUTCH side of the island of ST. MARTIN, when HURRICANE IRMA hit the island.
