New Jersey Broadcasters Association Announces Hall Of Fame Class Of 2017

The NEW JERSEY BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION has announced the Class of 2017 for its NJBA Hall of Fame. The nominees will be inducted at the organization's 70th Anniversary Dinner and Gala at the TROPICANA in ATLANTIC CITY on NOVEMBER 2nd, with the theme "Broadcast’s Heritage and Enduring Impact on Society."
The inductees will include CONNOISSEUR MEDIA CEO JEFF WARSHAW; TOWNSQUARE MEDIA News-Talk WKXW (NEW JERSEY 101.5)/TRENTON midday hosts DENNIS MALLOY and JUDI FRANCO; CUMULUS News-Talk WABC-A/NEW YORK host and WESTWOOD ONE "IMUS IN THE MORNING" producer BERNARD MCGUIRK; PRESS COMMUNICATIONS CFO RICH MORENA; and iHEARTRADIO AC WSUS/FRANKLIN-SUSSEX, NJ morning host STEVE ANDREWS. The organization will also honor CBS' "60 MINUTES" as its first TV inductee, and NUREMBERG Prosecutor BEN FERENCZ will be honored as the HOWARD L. GREEN Humanitarian of the Year.
President/CEO PAUL S. ROTELLA said, “The 2017 NJBA Hall of Fame Class of Inductees is comprised of true pioneers, innovators, and visionaries, with their accomplishments spanning the state and the nation… and we have a few surprises."
