The paperwork for WOOF BOOM RADIO's purchase of five stations in the LIMA, OH market and a related sports website and digital marketing company from CHILDERS MEDIA GROUP LLC has finally been filed, showing a previously-undisclosed price of $2.425 million plus a time brokerage agreement before closing. The stations include Classic Rock WEGE (104.9 THE EAGLE), Sports WWSR (93.1 THE FAN), and Sports WCIT-A (SPORTS TALK 940)/LIMA; Country WFGF (92.1 THE FROG)/WAPAKONETA, OH; and Classic Hits WDOH (FUN 107.1)/DELPHOS, OH.
In other filings with the FCC, CAMERON UNIVERSITY is transferring KYCU/CLINTON, OK to the UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA for no consideration. The station has been serving as a repeater for noncommercial News-Talk-Classical KCCU/NORMAN, OK.
