CBS RADIO News-Talk KDKA-A/PITTSBURGH held its annual charity Spaghetti Breakfast this morning for the 34th year, and the event included something different this year: a marriage proposal.
The station reports that a couple, "ROB" and "LISA," had been coming to the Spaghetti Breakfast for five years, and ROB decided to pop the question at this year's event. She said yes.
The annual event, created by the late JOHN CIGNA, serves up spaghetti at the HEINZ HALL Garden Plaza during LARRY RICHERT and JOHN SHUMWAY's "KDKA MORNING NEWS" to raise money for the LITTLE SISTERS OF THE POOR.
