WPXY/Rochester Adds Whitney Young To Middays

ENTERCOM Top 40 WPXY (98PXY)/ROCHESTER PD MIKE DANGER reached out today to let ALL ACCESS know about the arrival of WHITNEY YOUNG for middays, beginning this week.  

DANGER said, "WHITNEY, an NYU grad and native of FAIRPORT, NY, has spent her early adult life living in both LOS ANGELES and NEW YORK, immersing herself in Pop culture. She hosted a variety of on-line entertainment shows and contributed to the social media efforts at HEARST Publications. WHITNEY also worked part time on-air for us a couple of years ago and contributed to our video efforts as well. I’m confident she will be a significant addition to our team."

YOUNG replaces NATALIA SONIAK, who had been handling duties remotely from ENTERCOM/NORFOLK.

DANGER continued, "It’d be unfair to not mention the job the NATALIA did for us for the past year and a half. Already the PD of our Top 40 property in NORFOLK, she was just awarded additional programming responsibilities for that cluster’s HOT AC station. She’s been a consistent performer and delivered ratings success that will be a challenge to match. I’m grateful for all she’s done for us, excited for her future and proud to call her a friend."
