SOUTHWEST FM BROADCASTING CO., INC. is selling Beautiful Music KAHM/SPRING VALLEY, AZ and K269EE/PRESCOTT, AZ to PHOENIX RADIO BROADCASTING, LLC for $1.7 million.  At the same time, SOUTHWEST BROADCASTING COMPANY, an affiliate of the Seller, is selling news-Talk KYCA (THE NEWS)/PRESCOTT and K246BI/WINSLOW, AZ to PHOENIX RADIO BROADCASTING, LLC for $800,000.

In other filings with the FCC, HELLINGER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Silent WABV-A/ABBEVILLE, SC to R & M CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, LLC for $50,000.

TORRES MEDIA GROUP, LLC is selling the construction permit for a new FM at MULESHOE, TX to NEW STAR BROADCASTING, LLC for $10,000.
