FORCHT BROADCASTING has signed up for SOCAST to develop websites for all 25 of its KENTUCKY radio stations.
“FORCHT BROADCASTING understands the importance of having websites and social mediums that engage listeners and take our radio stations to where the listeners are," said FORCHT BROADCASTING SVP AMY STROUD. "SOCAST has provided us with the platform to build our group’s radio websites with relevant, up-to-date, interactive, and engaging modules that allow listeners to have a radio website experience. The team at SOCAST is proactive in keeping their services current and updated, and thus far, FORCHT BROADCASTING has found a great partner in SOCAST. We are also fortunate to have a great internal web development team who will help us build our sites using SOCAST’s platform. We will all make a great team moving forward.”
“We are absolutely ecstatic to add FORCHT BROADCASTING to our rapidly expanding family of SOCAST partners," added SOCAST CEO ELLIOTT HURST. "Together, we look forward to growing FORCHT’s radio brands in digital. By putting the power of digital in the hands of the people who need it most, its PDs and programmers, the SOCAST platform makes it easy to engage audiences with brand consistency across multiple channels (websites, mobile apps, social, etc.) and then to monetize the growing traffic on those channels. We are excited to be empowering FORCHT in this respect.”
