The Sound Will Be Silenced Soon

With ENTERCOM Classic Rock KSWD (100.3 THE SOUND)/LOS ANGELES recently sold to EMF (NET NEWS 9/26/17), and a format change imminent, PD DAVE BEASING and the station are going out with a bang featuring plenty of cool music features.

Here's a list of the dates and features coming soon on THE SOUND:

• MONDAY, OCTOBER 16th (6a to mid)- The Last Time We “Roll The Dice” – The number of songs we play by each artist is determined by a roll of the dice.
• WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 18th (6a to mid)- “Album Sides WEDNESDAY” – THE SOUND DJs share their favorite album sides from the original vinyl.
• THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19th (8a to mid)-The final “Triple Play Thursday?" Could be. three-song sets from Classic Rock’s greatest artists.
• SUNDAY, OCTOBER 22nd (6p-11p)- “My Turn” Marathon –Encore presentations of our most requested Guest DJs, including BB KING, JOE WALSH, JEFF LYNNE and STEVE PERRY.
• MONDAY, OCTOBER 23rd at 11a - ? -The Songs We’ll Miss from A to Z – We don’t know when the plug will be pulled, so let’s see how far we get. Thousands of Classic Rock songs alphabetized. Can you guess what’s next?
