'Dinner Party Download' Splitting From American Public Media, Ending December 1st

The Hosts

"DINNER PARTY DOWNLOAD" is ending its relationship with AMERICAN PUBLIC MEDIA after 10 years as a podcast and 6 years as a public radio weekend show.  The show's last broadcast will be DECEMBER 1st, but hosts BRENDAN FRANCIS NEWNAM and RICO GAGLIANO said in a message to listeners that "details about (their) podcast future are forthcoming."

The show has spawned a new book, "Brunch is Hell: How to Save the World by Throwing a Dinner Party,” to be published DECEMBER 5th by LITTLE, BROWN, and will be doing a live show in SEATTLE on NOVEMBER 16th that the hosts have dubbed "The Last Supper."
