CLEMSON UNIVERSITY athletics multimedia rights holder JMI SPORTS has inked a deal with SKYVIEW NETWORKS for distribution of the CLEMSON radio network. SKYVIEW will provide satellite distribution and receivers for CLEMSON football, baseball, and men's and women's basketball broadcasts. CLEMSON's radio network is flagshipped by BYRNE ACQUISITION GROUP Sports WCCP (105.5 THE ROAR)/CLEMSON, with ENTERCOM's UPSTATE cluster also airing the broadcasts in the adjacent GREENVILLE-SPARTANBURG market.
“The expanded distribution of CLEMSON’s sports programs made possible by SKYVIEW will allow fans to follow their TIGERS from across the region and beyond,” said JMI SPORTS' CLEMSON SPORTS AND CAMPUS MARKETING President SCOTT MORRIS. “We are proud to make these improvements in our first year as the multimedia rights holder for CLEMSON Athletics.”
“We are proud to partner with JMI SPORTS in its new deal with CLEMSON UNIVERSITY,” said SKYVIEW VP/Business Development MATT STYS. “We pride ourselves on providing the most current and sound technology to our clients, and believe this new partnership will offer JMI SPORTS and CLEMSON radio affiliates the tools necessary for a successful debut season.”
