O'NEIL HAGAMAN has upped SAM POWERS to Sr. Mgr./Special Projects, effective immediately. In his new role, POWERS will oversee the firm's publishing consulting activities, including due diligence, catalog sales, and related work. POWERS has been with the company since 2007, serving as Mgr./Special Projects for the past five years.
