USHER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Religion KYMO-A and Classic Hits KYMO-F/EAST PRAIRIE, MO to USHER BROADCASTING, INC. for $93,000 plus an LMA before closing to be negotiated. The buyer was the winning bidder in Probate Division of the Circuit Court of MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, MO for the assets of USHER.
In other filings with the FCC, FIRST VENTURES CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC. is selling W247BA/INDIANOLA, MS to HIGH PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, LLC under an agreement to assume payments and exercise a purchase option from te translator's present operator ARK-LA-MS RADIO GROUP, LLC. The translator rebroadcasts Classic Rock WGVM-A/GREENVILLE, MS, which HIGH PLAINS purchased from ARK-LA-MS in 2016.
